Your technical curiosity and proactive approach will be essential, as you'll partner with QA and customer support to resolve issues and ensure product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in a team to design and implement new product features
• Ensure quality through partnership with QA resources
• Assist in troubleshooting customer issues alongside support engineers
• Document development processes and product functionalities
• Be an essential member of a dynamic team
Requirements:
• Strong experience in C and/or C++ programming
• Expert knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocol
