CBS-BMC-Technology Enablement-Associate-UAT tester

The opportunity

We are looking for passionate professionals who will be responsible for user acceptance testing of various Marketing technology products used within BMC

Your key responsibilities
• UAT testing of various Marketing technology products – Web, social, eMarketiong & mobile
• Write and execute test cases and scripts
• Troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.
• Experience in writing and executing the test cases and scripts.
• Manage stakeholders by understanding the requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews
• Track work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA & commitments

Skills and attributes for success
