We are seeking to appoint a full time (37 hours per week) 40 weeks per year (Term Time plus 10 days), Catering Manager at Rainham Mark Grammar School. The successful candidate will be an experienced and motivated Catering Manager who will lead and develop our school catering service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals for students and staff. They will oversee menu planning, manage food provision in line with school nutrition standards, maintain stock levels and budgets, and ensure all dietary and allergy requirements are safely and effectively catered for.
You will lead and support the catering team, managing staff rotas, performance, training and wellbeing to ensure an efficient and positive working environment.
