Job Description
At Apleona, We are always on the lookout for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for a Catering Front of House Supervisor to be based in Dublin 15
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00
Main duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Canteen's recipes, portioning and serving standards.
- Ensuring responsibility and accountability for the food service team
- Front-of-house employees must adhere to all HCAPP legislative requirements daily, understand the reporting structures and support the management deliverables
- Incorporate a positive culture within the team, ensuring continuity across all aspects of health and safety.
