About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, within the Sales & Commerce Department, the Catering & Event Services Manager reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy / Director of Catering & Event Services.

Responsibilities

• Constantly monitor the progress of assigned Catering and Event Services Coordinator/Executive and discuss with the Director of Catering and Event Services action plans for improvement.
