Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the product line for Careem Grocery, designing the go-to-market strategy.
- Define and maintain selection strategies in alignment with business requirements and consumer trends.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure best prices, quality, and minimum order quantities (MOQ).
- Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and pricing teams to ensure campaign success, stock availability, and category profitability.
- Manage supplier relationships through regular business reviews and growth planning.
- Oversee item content hygiene and app visibility in coordination with category assistants.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the grocery industry, specifically in Buying or Category Management.
