Category Management Analyst

About the Role

Provides analysis of product category management for the department under his/her responsibility in each store to optimize product provision according to market characteristics in each region.

What will you be doing?

• Categorizes products within their departments to optimize the number of SKUs (including avoiding redundancies between departments) and optimize sales.
• Compiles a Pareto chart of products within their departments in each store to identify customer consumption patterns in the area.
• Provides product assortment analysis data from their departments in each store to ensure available space is filled with products that meet market needs in each region.
• Calculates minimum and maximum stock levels for each product in each store based on planogram design, storage space, and market absorption capacity, which can be used as a reference in the replenishment process.
