• Neste is hiring a Category Lead for Technical Materials and Equipment based in Espoo or Porvoo, Finland to lead one global refinery-related category.
• The role requires developing and executing global category strategy and leading complex global sourcing projects and negotiations to ensure security of supply and optimize total cost of ownership.
• The Category Lead will manage strategic supplier portfolios, drive supplier performance and risk mitigation, and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Production stakeholders worldwide.
• Applicants should have senior end-to-end category management experience in industrial settings, a technical (preferably engineering) background and a Master’s or equivalent, and the role includes hybrid work and Finnish employee benefits.
