Catalonia Field Sales Hunter with Uncapped Commission & Autonomy

High Flyers is seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager to drive expansion in Catalonia. You will be responsible for opening new accounts and building a client base in the region. The role requires a strong salesperson with a proven track record in B2B field sales and autonomy in managing a territory.

The ideal candidate has 4 to 8 years of field sales experience along with fluent Spanish and English skills. The compensation package includes a base salary of €35,000 plus an uncapped variable component of €20,000.
