1. Patient Safety & Quality
Validate complex modelling outputs to ensure compliance with Q&R standards.
Support timely CAPA analysis, root‑cause identification, and prevention.
Ensure modelling adherence to global rules across core catalog, 3PP, Pricing, and NAR scenarios.
2. Customer Experience
Ensure first‑time‑right configurations, preventing downstream quoting and ordering failures.
Contribute to achieving Partner NPS targets through technical accuracy.
Provide expert support for modelling‑related customer escalations.
3. Execution Excellence & Simplification
Serve as the quality gatekeeper for BU metrics and modelling SLAs.
