About the Role
At Xceedance, the Manager – Catastrophe Modeling & Exposure Management will play a critical role in delivering high-quality catastrophe risk analytics and exposure management solutions to global insurance and reinsurance clients. This role blends deep technical expertise with client engagement, supporting underwriting, portfolio optimization, and strategic risk decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Catastrophe Modeling Delivery
Lead end-to-end catastrophe modeling assignments for global P&C insurance/reinsurance clients
Execute portfolio roll-ups, loss analysis (AAL, PML), and event-based scenario testing using RMS, AIR (Verisk), and CoreLogic models
Evaluate and interpret model outputs to generate actionable business insights for clients
Support model view development, sensitivity testing, and validation exercises
Exposure Management & Portfolio Analytics
Analyze portfolio exposure across regions and perils (US Wind, EQ, Flood, etc.)
