Mammoet is seeking a confident and motivatedCasual Supervisorto join our shutdown operations, flying from Perth to various client sites across the Pilbara, including FMG, Rio Tinto and Roy Hill.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for theday-to-day supervision of crane and rigging operations, ensuring shutdown scopes are deliveredsafely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll lead by example, maintain compliance with all safety procedures, and promote a high-performing team culture across site operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Coordinate & manage our shutdown workforce
Manage the overall execution of the shutdown work scope
Supervise daily project operations and site activities
Ensure HSE behaviours & policies are adhered to
Lead by example in all aspects of heavy lift
Provide technical lifting advice
