Casual Sonographer at Diagnostic Facility

Become a key player as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in a casual role focused on ultrasound diagnostics using soundwaves. Participate in patient examinations and ensure accurate imaging protocols are followed.

We are looking for a dedicated Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with a minimum of one year’s experience in a Canadian facility. In this role, you will need to exhibit strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with patients and their families. Additionally, proficiency in RIS-PACS systems and medical terminology will ensure effective communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm patient identification and consent prior to procedures
• Document all findings and technical details according to policy
• Ensure imaging documents are correctly handled in RIS and PACS
• Conduct necessary transvaginal and nuchal translucency ultrasounds
