Description

The Department of Psychiatry in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for a hourly Psychedelic Therapist / Clinical Trial Therapist. This Fixed Term Hourly Casual position reports to the Principal Investigator.

The Psychedelic Therapist will act as a study therapist for projects involving psychiatric clinical populations and drug interventions (e.g., psychedelic compounds) with psychotherapy. This individual will mainly support a clinical trial exploring the effectiveness of psilocybin for the treatment of alcohol use disorder (AUD), with the opportunity to support additional studies. Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate patient schedules and study protocol (e.g., 6-8 hour dosing session followed by a 2 hour psychotherapy session the following day).
