Casting & Machining Supplier Development Engineer

Wärtsilä seeks a Supplier Development Engineer to oversee new product introduction and proactive quality assurance for castings and machining. You will analyse supplier performance, identify opportunities and drive development actions to improve quality, delivery and cost.

The role includes auditing suppliers and verifying impact within a cross-functional team. You will support operational development initiatives, apply lean and Six Sigma to raise supplier capability, and collaborate closely
