Casino Gift Shop Clerk - Part Time (Swing Shift)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete sales transactions with guests and maintain stock levels in the Gift Shop.
• Organize and keep the gift shop clean and orderly.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable customer‑service experience.
• Present a friendly, professional image at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
• Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, courteous atmosphere in the Gift Shop at all times and assist all guests whenever necessary.
• Ring up sales and maintain an accurate register drawer.
• Make suggestions for products or additional items.
• Answer guest questions about product and the property.
• Keep the Gift Shop clean and orderly.
• Fill out required paperwork.
• Assist in periodic inventories.
