Cashier

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring products are scanned and bagged correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor and manage cash drawer, ensuring it is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
