Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Scan, price, and process customer purchases accurately
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as needed
• Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
• Assist customers with inquiries and product information
• Follow company policies and cash handling procedures
• Report any discrepancies, errors, or suspicious activities
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
• Experience: Prior cashier or retail experience is a plus but not always required (on-the-job training is often provided)
