Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Cash Application Specialist to join their team.



Job Responsibilities :

Reconcile daily cash, credit and debit card transactions with the merchant bank and company records

Post customer payments (online, EFT, cash, cheque) daily

Reconcile bank accounts daily to ensure all items are accounted for

Offset unapplied cash per collector's request

Process small balance write-offs and non-sufficient cheques

Handle petty cash and cash float reimbursement requests

Ensures monthly, weekly and daily deadlines are met
