Job Description
The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
Support daily trade operation activities for EMEA clients and markets; required to work EMEA business hours
Perform trade operations activities, such as data entry, documents handling, payment processing
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions within established service level agreements
Liaise with internal stakeholders, customer services team to resolve client queries
Participate in compliance related activities to minimize losses
Assist with cash & trade operational project needs
