Job Description
Key Functions:
- Assisting the Personal Insolvency Team with the following:
- Preparation of statutory paperwork and other legal documents
- Drafting correspondence to creditors and other interested parties on request
- General support to management as required.
- Processing invoices for payment
- Carrying out income/expenditure assessments on cases
- Merging & sending standard letters
- Supporting new work applications – inputting data onto various systems
- Monitoring monthly contributions on cases and issuing standard letters as required
- Chasing required information and documentation by telephone
