Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Location: Paterson, NJ

Regular Salary: $27.48/Hr

Job Summary

Individual will provide case management and diversified support services to individuals in need. The primary role of the case worker is to assess and coordinate case management and program services for caseload of low‑income veteran single adults and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 1 year work experience in related field.
• Knowledge of the homeless or at risk of homelessness population.
• Knowledge of New Jersey housing programs and community resources.
• Valid unexpired NJ driver's license required.
• Ability to work with a cross section of the veteran population including homeless individuals and families.
• Ability to work independently.
