Role Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the successful delivery of the Company’s assistance services through the effective management and coordination of client cases. The incumbent is responsible for facilitating counselling and assistance services, coordinating travel and repatriation assistance, verifying benefits and cover, managing case administration, and ensuring the timely escalation of medical emergencies, clinical queries, and authorization requests to qualified medical personnel.
