Position Summary
The Student Support Case Manager (SSCM) housed within the Student Support Care Team and reporting to the Associate Dean of Students for Student Support, is a specialized position of support to students and the College community which blends direct support with collaboration and consultation with colleagues across the campus and outside support systems. The SSCM provides functions of non-clinical student consultation and support, coordination of student referrals, systems development for reporting and maintenance of student cases, and leadership in addressing factors which contribute to student attrition and improve student experience and success.
The SSCM will work to address the needs of students who struggle in such areas as psychological health, physical health, crime victimization, relationship violence/sexual assault, economic concerns, and social adjustment through a variety of interventions, referrals...
