CA(SA) Group Structure & Tax Specialist

The business is looking for someone who can combine technical excellence with commercial thinking, discretion, and strong stakeholder engagement. Key Focus Areas Insurance-Focused Financial & Tax Oversight - Manage reporting, compliance, and tax administration across multiple entities
- Support governance and regulatory obligations within a short-term insurance framework
- Prepare and review management accounts and financial reporting packs
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
- Monitor financial performance, fund flows, and reporting accuracy Shareholder Trust & Offshore Entity Management - Oversee trust administration and annual financial reporting processes
