CAS EP Mapping Specialist - Victoria, BC

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
• Deliver hands‑on case support using advanced mapping systems, generators, software, pumps, and associated accessories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and lead in‑service training to drive successful adoption of mapping and ablation technologies.
• Troubleshoot real‑time technical and workflow issues in the electrophysiology lab with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Partner with sales teams to support account growth by providing clinical expertise, technical insights, and customer education.
• Act as a key liaison between physicians, lab staff, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and high customer satisfaction.
