Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

About the Role:Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in occupied domestic properties, carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and associated general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic and social housing settings
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
Deliver outstanding customer service during all visits
Requirements:
NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry or relevant qualification
Proven experience working in social housing, council, or domestic repairs
