Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cargo loading, discharge, transhipment, and movement activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage special cargo shipments, including reefer and other specialised cargo.
- Liaise with terminals, depots, vessel operators, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Investigate and resolve cargo claims, disputes, and requests for information in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with customs, MPI, and other regulatory requirements, as well as company procedures.
- Maintain accurate cargo records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Previous experience in cargo operations, shipping, logistics, or the maritime industry.
