Not only will you lead, manage, guide, support and motivate the team to deliver a high-quality service; you will also provide the caretaking service to your own estates and provide cover for the team as required. You will ensure that clear and agreed work plans and objectives are in place to deliver good customer service and fulfil the wider business objectives.
