CARETAKERS
. Minimum Education, Experience, Skills & Language
METRIC PASS/2YEARS of experience
Has basic knowledge of plumbing and electric work.
Basic English communication
. Main Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with tenants, Leasing Team, Maintenance Coordinator & RE Technicians
Conducting routine inspections and report to RE office in case of any issues.
Receive/Deliver documents
Monitor and register the Maintenance works: Fire Alarm, AC, Pest Control & Cleaning etc..
To maintain an inventory control for the materials received and used
Responds to emergency situations during and after office hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety Concerns.
Monitor various maintenance works done in the respective properties and to report to the respective personals.
