PERMANENT CARETAKER Pope Francis School, Caledonia 40 Hours/Week; 12 Months/Year - 1.0 FTE Afternoon Shift - 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm Start Date: To Be Determined Qualifications Knowledge and experience in cleaning procedures and techniques, normally acquired through a combination of at least one year of training and experience in a commercial or institutional cleaning; An Ontario Secondary School Diploma, including technical subjects, is preferred; Able to read and write text, including writing requisitions for supplies, writing reports regarding occurrences at the job site, reading and understanding WHMIS and Material Safety Data Sheets and using basic arithmetic including proportions; A working knowledge of basic electricity, basic plumbing, heating system operation, yard maintenance, cleaning procedures and techniques, fire extinguishers and alarms.
