Overview

Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class caretaking and cleaning service across communal and external areas to keep estates clean, safe, welcoming and well-maintained, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Carry out tasks such as graffiti removal, bulk waste clearance, litter picking, and related cleaning duties.
- Act as a visible and approachable presence on estates, welcoming residents and responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns.
