As a Caregiver Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and training to caregivers, helping them develop their skills and manage the challenges of their roles. You will work closely with both new and existing Caregivers to address their concerns, provide personalised coaching, and offer practical solutions to enhance their confidence and overall caregiving experience.
This role would suit someone with experience as a coach, trainer, or senior caregiver looking for their next step within an aged care setting. It requires strong administrative capability, confident leadership when navigating difficult conversations, and the ability to recognise and review the quality of care delivered to clients.
