Job Description

- Bachelor's Degree required (or High School diploma with solid professional experience for more than 5 years (+))
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to confidently influence discussions and support client decision-making
- 8 years (+) in contact center/customer car
- 3 year (+) tenure in Managerial role
- Proven experience in account management or as a Client Services Manager is required.
