Seeking a motivated and people-oriented individual to support job seekers in their career development and employment journey. The successful candidate will provide career guidance, facilitate career preparation activities, support job matching efforts, and work closely with employers and partner agencies to help clients achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct career guidance sessions in individual and group settings.
• Assist clients with resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning.
• Support job matching and coordinate interviews with employers.
• Liaise with employers and community partners on hiring opportunities.
• Maintain client records, job placement data, and programme documentation.
• Assist in organising career workshops and supporting Career Resource Centre operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
