Responsibilities
- Influence and empower graduates to find employment in the allied healthcare field
- Provide guidance on interview techniques, resume best practices, and workplace expectations
- Match graduates to employer positions and maintain ongoing company relationships
- Contact hiring managers to create new job opportunities and placements
- Source employment opportunities through lead management tools, cold calling, and social media
- Maintain accurate documentation of all graduate and employer activity
