Career Conversion Programme - Manufacturing Technician

Value Stream 1 (VS1) reports to the Production Superintendent and is an integral member of the Production Shift Team. This program focuses on process automation, quality compliance and continuous improvement.

• Execute key process operations in accordance with established batch instructions and schedule to produce APIs and intermediates as well as support plant changeovers.
• Learn Process and Workplace Safety and cGMP knowledge for manufacturing and demonstrate understanding during execution.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and carry out short‑term improvement projects to achieve benefit.
• Inspect and maintain housekeeping of assigned area for clean and safe conditions and ensure that personal protection equipment and safety equipment are maintained and ready for use.
• Perform plant troubleshooting using appropriate problem‑solving tools to minimize plant stoppages and safety or quality incidents.
