We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Admission Counselors to join our admissions team. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents, managing inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed admissions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling & Lead Management
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally
• Conduct cold calling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems
