As part of a valued care team, you will help residents lead dignified lives by ensuring they stay happy, healthy and well. Your key duties will include:

• Assisting with everyday tasks such as washing, dressing, eating meals, taking medication and socialising.
• Understanding the needs of older people, including those with dementia.
• Providing support to older or disabled people to make a positive difference to their lives.

No previous experience is required; full training, ongoing support and mentoring will be provided.
