Job Description

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Care Supervisor for one of our clients based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
The Supervisor will play a crucial part in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of healthcare staff, ensuring that patient care meets established standards of quality and safety.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant healthcare setting.

Must have a nursing qualification and be registered for 3 years (RGN desirable, other disciplines with relevant experience will be considered) on the live register of NMBI.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
