We are looking for an experienced, resilient and hands-on Care Manager to lead across multiple Supported Living services, supporting adults with complex needs while driving consistency, quality and cultural improvement across dispersed teams.
This role spans four services across Reigate and Redhill, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that require structured and person-centred support approaches. You will need to be confident working across sites, managing competing priorities and maintaining strong operational oversight within services that are actively evolving through change and development.
