Care Home Maintenance Lead

CHT Care Homes, part of CHT Healthcare Trust, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor – Fixed Term to lead our maintenance technicians across 23 care homes. The role is based in Ellerslie with travel across Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Waikato, reporting to the Property & Maintenance Manager.

You'll manage daily maintenance operations, safety compliance, site visits, and performance with a focus on reliable, high-quality service for residents and staff.
