Care Facilitator | Day Activity Centre for Adults

Rainbow Centre is seeking Care Facilitators for a new Day Activity Centre focused on adults with disabilities. You will assist in daily activities, transitions, meals, and personal care, working within a supportive team to ensure safety, engagement, and learning.

Working as part of a compassionate environment, you will observe client participation, document progress in digital systems, and report concerns to supervisors. Training will be provided on the job.
