This is a care coordination and documentation support role that provides assistance with documentation, coordination, and workflow activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Receive inbound calls from injured workers and employers.

Collect and verify employee demographics and non ‑ clinical injury details.

Enter and maintain accurate information in designated platforms.

Follow scripted prompts and tool ‑ generated instructions to progress workflows.

Execute coordination tasks based on approved protocols.

Provide standardized, scripted instructions and next ‑ step information.
