Parkfield Grange is a luxurious 80 bedded residential and dementia care home situated in Stourbridge.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable care assistants to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents. The role involves working on an ‘as and when’ basis to cover annual leave and ad‑hoc sickness. Rotas are planned in advance so you will be given notice of days/weeks to be covered which will include day and/or night shifts.
Our Care Assistants must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close‑knit team supporting each other, and wanting to promote choice, individuality and independence to our residents at all times.
