Care Assistant

Overview

This is a 39 hour a week position. The role will involve assisting in the provision of Health & Social care in all aspects of daily life for our core members that we support. The Care assistant will build strong supportive relationships and assist our Core members with support in all aspects of daily living in line with the needs, will, and preference of the individual and as outlined in an agreed care plan. He/she will ensure that they are being met through professional work pratices. You must be flexible in your approach to service provision and have the ability to work as a member of the team.
