Job Description

As the Care and Preservation Warranty Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that products are properly maintained during storage, transportation, and pre‑delivery phases, as well as for managing warranty claims related to preservation‑related issues throughout various stages of the Polar Max project. This role combines technical expertise, quality assurance, and customer service to minimize damage and quality degradation before product delivery, while also managing and analyzing warranty data to drive improvements. More specifically you will:

• Develop and implement care and preservation procedures and checklists to protect products during transportation and storage, in line with the various original equipment manufacturers’ (OEM) recommendations.
• Prepare the care and preservation program for shipboard equipment during the construction period.
