About the role

The Citi UAE cards business is profitable and growing. This role supports the growth and optimization of performance in the UAE Cards portfolio, managing and optimizing various portfolio programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of ongoing portfolio programs and initiatives such as Instalment products (e.g. Loan on Card, Transaction EPP, Statement EPP, Balance Transfer, Citi PayAll, Insurance cross‑sell).
• Support execution of portfolio spend programs and other initiatives (e.g. credit limit increase, retention, activation, etc.).
• Support implementation of new actions to enhance profitability of the above‑mentioned programs.
• Support development of digital capabilities and adoption for various portfolio programs.
