Cardiology Physician

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services in assisted living facilities throughout the Albany region. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with the flexibility to work either 4 or 5 days per week. Ideal candidates will have experience in geriatrics, assisted living, or long-term care settings and be active with Medicare and Medicaid.
