Card Issuance Product Manager Lead - Global Payment

The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions— including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on—to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

• Partner closely with ByteDance’s international business lines to deeply understand business models, user scenarios, and growth priorities, and translate these into scalable card issuing product strategies and solutions that support business expansion and innovation.
• Leverage knowledge of the card issuing ecosystem, including customer needs, market trends, competitor offerings, scheme requirements, regulatory expectations, and regional market dynamics, to shape differentiated card products and strengthen product value proposition.
